  • Organizing Sessions: $375 for 4-hour session (most common)

  • Mini Reset (2 hours): $225 (great for focused zones or returning clients)

  • Move-In Concierge Package: Starting at $1,200

  • Declutter + Donation Management: Included in any session or $125/hour a la carte

  • Styling & Seasonal Refreshes: $650 flat for 6-hour session

Package Add-On: Personalized habit system recommendations included in all full-day organizing bookings.

Property Care

Service Options & Pricing:

  • Ongoing Oversight Package: $500/month (2 visits + vendor access & coordination)

  • As-Needed Visits: $150/hour (minimum 2 hours)

  • Short-Term Rental Turnover Support: $400/turnover + optional linen/styling add-ons

  • Custom Retainers: Starting at $900/month for multi-property or weekly oversight

  • Pre-Arrival Hospitality Touches: $250 flat (errands, fridge, linen reset, welcome prep)

 

Habit + Lifestyle Coaching

Service Options & Pricing:

  • Habit + Lifestyle Coaching (In-Home): $145/hour

  • Wellness Zone Setup (tea bar, morning station, etc.): $450 (half-day setup)

  • Life Transition Support Packages: $1,000 flat (12 hours, flexible over 2–4 sessions)

  • Monthly Coaching & Home Reset Package: $600/month
    (Includes 1 virtual coaching session + 1 in-home visit)

Add-On Enhancements (Available with Any Service)

  • Vendor Scheduling or Oversight: $150/hour

  • Guest Prep / Turn-Down Service: Starts at $300

  • Donation Drop-Off or Haul-Away: $95 + mileage

  • Monthly “Home Health” Check-In: $250/visit (or $800 for quarterly bundle)
